Every event is individual and we will create bespoke menus depending on your requirements. The following are examples of summer menus:

Hot Lunch Menu

Breast of chicken on a fennel and vegetable roast, with white wine veloute

Blackened tuna loin steak on crisp oriental salad
Fennel and Stilton tart

Selection of freshly prepared vegetables

Lemon tart served with a berry coulis
Chocolate bread and butter pudding

Cold Lunch Menu

Poached salmon on watercress yogurt
